Yonezawa Beef carcass auctions

Carcasses of about 2,000 cows that have been processed by the sanitation control system based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standard are marketed in a year.
High quality carcasses are available on the auctions and approximately 95% of the listed carcasses are graded at the highest level, 5th grade and 4 grade.

We hold the "Yonezawa Beef auctions",
using a wireless auction system.

By utilizing the advantage of our integrated manufacturing system existing in the same facility, this division conducts the consignment processing of beef carcasses and sale of cut beef.
This division also slices beef and sells the sliced beef for business use and gifts, mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
We can divide the beef up to 36 parts and ship.

We always keep in mind to provide fine responses in accordance to the customer's request.

豚カット処理部門

Extremely fresh pork can be shipped by utilizing the advantage of our integrated manufacturing system existing in the same facility. This division delivers our products from our environment to all parts of Japan.

This division handles about 90 pigs every day

We handle many kind of pork mainly produced in the Okitama region and other pork brands.

We deliver our products from our hygienic environment to all parts of Japan.

Cut meat processing line

This division slices beef and sells the sliced beef for business use and gifts, mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area.

For Grilled meat:
Meat is tender and smooth.

For sukiyaki:
Meat is moderately marbled and tastes the best.

For steak:
Meat has mellow fragrance and smooth taste.

Delicatessen processing

We manufacture and sell secondary processed products and tertiary processed products using our beef and pork.

We have facilities that can produce various products such as raw products, grilled ones and retort pouches.

Simmered pork:
Our popular sweet and tender simmered pork can be prepared only by warming.

Braised beef tripe with cow tendons:
It has a lot of devoted fan.

Retort beef bowl:
You can easily enjoy the taste of Yonezawa Beef.

In the meat processing line, we manufacture and sell a wide variety of products for general retail and business use such as, Vienna sausage, ham, salami, food in a retort pouches and even delicatessen food.
